Short version: listen freely, print the printables for your class or home, share links as much as you like, and don't sell or repackage our work. The longer version follows.

The podcast and website

Episodes, transcripts, show notes, guides and artwork on this site are the work of Mythical Masala with Neev and are protected by copyright. You may listen, read and link to any page. You may quote short excerpts with credit and a link. You may not copy episodes, transcripts or articles to republish elsewhere, use them to train or fine-tune commercial AI products, or present them as your own.

Printables

Printables marked free may be downloaded, printed and photocopied for classroom, library, homeschool and personal use, in any quantity. Please keep the Mythical Masala footer on each page. You may not sell them, bundle them into paid products, or upload the files to other sites; link to the printable page instead so people always get the current version.

Classroom and public use

Teachers, librarians and parents may play episodes in classrooms, libraries and at events without asking. If you are charging admission or using the show in a commercial setting, email us first.

About the stories

Our episodes are retellings of ancient Indian myths and legends, adapted from published sources and oral tradition. There are many versions of these stories. Ours include humor, dramatization and modern twists to make them engaging for kids, and are offered as cultural storytelling for education and entertainment. They are not religious instruction, and no disrespect to any faith, community or tradition is intended.

Fan mail and messages

By sending fan mail or email, you allow us to read it and, if we choose, read or answer it on the show, using first names only. We may edit for length. Please do not send anything you would not want shared.

Links to other services

We link to podcast apps, YouTube, other podcasts and resources we like. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or policies.

The site and its content are provided as is. We work to keep everything accurate and available, but we make no guarantees and are not liable for losses arising from use of the site, to the extent the law allows.
